- $247 — Service-based solopreneurs, simple structures, or businesses with 1–2 accounts
- $397 — Real estate investors, businesses with multiple accounts, or light job-costing
- $547 — Contractors, trades, remodelers, multi-entity setups, or advanced job-costing
Your review includes:
- Setup of a QBO test file (if needed)
- Custom diagnostic report with automated + manual findings
- Tie-out to prior tax return for accuracy check
- Reconciliation and categorization review
- Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet health check
- Identification of compliance issues and red flags
- Cleanup roadmap with estimated time and costs
- Written report designed to be CPA- and lender-ready
